Our software solution XPACT LOGISTICS enables companies to achieve efficient document management through fully automated processing of logistics documents. Using our self-developed AI, we can extract information from the documents that is required for processing (e.g. customer number), completely independently of the layout. We also offer validation and enrichment of the information with data from the company’s system. The person responsible is then only informed that the document has been successfully processed and filed.

This is how the FULLY automated processing of TRANSPORT ORDERS works:

In the first step of the workflow, incoming documents (e.g. e-mail inbox) are automatically monitored by Xpact Logistics.

The incoming documents are then classified so that the transport requests are filtered out. All other documents remain unaffected by the software.

The information requested by the company is read from the transport order (e.g. customer number, weight, size, etc.).
Once the information has been read out, it is checked for accuracy and completeness. The data is then compared with the company’s system, validated and, if necessary, enriched with master data.

If all the information is correct and complete, it is stored in the company's existing ERP/TMS.
If the information is not correct, the document must be processed manually by the person responsible. If desired, the person can also be notified by e-mail when the document has been successfully processed and filed.
