This is how inbox management works with Xpact Mail:
All incoming messages are automatically monitored, read and then intelligently classified by our software. This enables the system to reliably recognise the type of document or email – for example, invoices, orders, contracts or general enquiries.
The emails are then automatically assigned to the previously defined mailboxes. This means that every email ends up exactly where it belongs without the need for manual intervention. This not only saves time, but also minimises the risk of important messages being overlooked or misfiled.
In addition, email content and attachments can be processed separately: if, for example, the text of the email contains different information than the attachment, both documents are sorted into the correct mailboxes separately. This ensures that all relevant information remains clearly structured and easy to find.
