Mailbox management – a topic that concerns many companies on a daily basis. E-mails are received in a mailbox and have to be viewed and sorted manually. This not only takes time, but is also often prone to errors.

With our AI processed productline XPACT MAIL, we enable fully automated mailbox management. Using our self-developed AI, we can read, classify and, if necessary, separate e-mail bodies and their attachments. The analyzed emails, including their content, are then sorted into predefined mailboxes and can then be easily processed by the person responsible. On request, we also offer the option of further processing the documents after successful sorting. Here they are validated and, if necessary, enriched with data from the customer’s system.

If the email body and attachment are thematically different, they can be separated. This allows them to be sorted separately into the appropriate mailboxes.

the sorted emails and attachments can then be processed further by Evy Xpact, e.g. a suitable response email can be sent fully automatically.

Rule-based mailbox management

The documents are processed from the predefined mailboxes.

The data is read from the emails and attachments and checked for accuracy. On request, validation and enrichment with data from the existing system can be carried out here.

If the data is correct and complete, it is now automatically transferred to the existing ERP system/DMS.

If the data is incorrect or incomplete, it is forwarded to the responsible person for revision.

Optional

In addition or instead, an automatic e-mail can be sent to the author to supplement the data.

On request

the person responsible and the author can also be informed about the automatic processing.
