How automated e-invoice generation works
Case 1: Converting a PDF invoice into an e-invoice
The customer sends their invoice to Evy Xpact by email. The invoice data is automatically processed and converted into a legally compliant e-invoice, for example in XRechnung or ZUGFeRD format. The e-invoice is then automatically sent to the invoice recipient, if requested. The customer receives an automatic notification and can track the delivery at any time.
Case 2: Making e-invoices automatically readable
Incoming XRechnung invoices are automatically received via a designated mailbox linked to Evy Xpact. Evy Xpact extracts the invoice data contained therein and uses it to create a readable accounting entry. If required, the data can also be enriched with information such as cost centre, organisational unit, approval centre, department or order number. The accounting data is then automatically transferred to the accounting system and sent directly to the connected accounting system.
Case 3: Automated generation of readable documents from an e-invoice
E-invoices such as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD contain structured XML data that is difficult for humans to read. Evy Xpact automatically converts incoming e-invoices into a clear and readable invoice view and makes the information available to staff and downstream systems.
